I’m jumping, because whenever i take a photo of me staying still i look awkward and un-natural.
I’m 16 years old and i’m a size 12 UK I have been this size since last year, i started a diet that lasted around seven months and went down from a size 16/18 I am very proud with my progress but i feel this is just the start after dieting i have been sucked into depression but with help from my friends i’m pulling through, now time to tone up and be more positive! This site has helped so much with accepting myself, thank you.
